The 2023 New England Ski Museum Spirit of Skiing Award will be given to Dr. E. John. B. Allen
John is the preeminent historian of skiing, emeritus professor of history at Plymouth State University, and emeritus board member of the ski museum.
His research and publications are essential to our understanding of skiing’s history and why it is the way it is today.
Please join us Friday January 19th, 2024 at the Franconia Ski Club Competition Center at Cannon Mountain in Franconia Notch, NH to celebrate John and thank him for his significant contributions to skiing. Pre-registration is recommended and preferred.
